Food Over Forty is a 30-day coaching program for adults 40+ who want more energy, better results from their workouts, and healthy eating habits they can manage in the complex world that is life over forty.
If you’re working out consistently but not seeing changes, feeling more tired than you used to, or finding stress and emotions driving your eating, this program will help you put the brakes on these problems. Together, we will work through real-life challenges, such as rushed meals between activities, evening snacking, emotional eating, and habits around alcohol, so you feel stronger every day.
