Nutrition Consult

60 minutes — $220 + GST

Your starting point! Sessions are held on Zoom for privacy and flexibility.

We’ll review your current eating habits and daily routines and identify where things usually get away from you.

You’ll leave with:

  • A clear plan for your main meals

  • A protein target based on you, not a generic number

  • A way to handle your toughest times of day

  • A short list of changes to focus on right away

  • A written version of your plan

  • Simple strategies and resources to help you implement your plan

  • 4 weeks of email support to help you stay on track and adjust as needed

Follow up sessions:

  • 30 minutes — $100

  • 60 minutes — $150

Food Over Forty

30-Day Nutrition Coaching Program for Adults 40+

Food Over Forty is a 30-day coaching program for adults 40+ who want more energy, better results from their workouts, and healthy eating habits they can manage in the complex world that is life over forty.

If you’re working out consistently but not seeing changes, feeling more tired than you used to, or finding stress and emotions driving your eating, this program will help you put the brakes on these problems. Together, we will work through real-life challenges, such as rushed meals between activities, evening snacking, emotional eating, and habits around alcohol, so you feel stronger every day.

Program structure

  • One 60-minute strategy session to review goals, routines, challenges, and create your plan

  • Four 30-minute weekly coaching sessions for progress, habit-building, and emotional eating support
