After trying just about every fitness craze to emerge over the past 20 years, Holly joined Empower as a member in 2023. She enjoyed our programs and community so much, she took on the role of CSM about a year later.

With 15+ years of experience in content and customer marketing, Holly uses her skills and knowledge to support our members in their fitness journeys.
