Introducing HYROX at Empower Fitness
Built for real-world fitness. No choreography. No standing around pretending to stretch while your soul leaves your body. Just running, strength, grit, and engine.
HYROX blends functional training with endurance in a format designed to push athletes of every level.
Whether you’re a seasoned competitor, a former athlete looking for a new target, or someone who simply wants to get brutally fit with purpose, this class delivers.
Expect sled pushes, carries, rowing, ski ergs, wall balls, and intervals that feel like a handshake with adversity.

Fight Fit is a combat-inspired conditioning program designed to help martial artists and active adults build strength, power, and endurance that actually transfers to the mat or ring.
Perfect for anyone who practices combat sports — or wants smart, high-energy training inspired by them.

Our new Original Strength class at Empower is designed to help you reclaim the movement patterns your body was built for. Through breathing, crawling, rolling, balance, and simple restorative drills, you’ll improve mobility, coordination, resilience, and recovery — without grinding yourself into dust.
Whether you want to lift heavier, move pain-free, recover faster, or simply feel more athletic in daily life, Original Strength builds the foundation that everything else depends on.
Strong doesn’t start with intensity. It starts with quality movement.

Fit Over Forty is a strength and conditioning class for adults 40+.
The mission of the class is to improve participants’ cardiovascular health and build strength through full-body workouts accessible to all fitness levels.
The training environment is fun and welcoming — please come as you are!

We’re launching our first-ever Team Rowing Regatta, led by Coach Titan.
Grab a partner and take on a 5K row for time. Strategy matters. Transitions matter. Who you choose… really matters.
