Fast Track to Fitness is an 8-session introductory program for adults who want to get stronger, move better, and feel confident training — without pressure, intimidation, or guesswork.
Offered at Empower Every Body Fitness, this program is the ideal starting point if you’re curious about CrossFit, resistance training, or functional fitness but don’t feel ready to jump straight into group classes.
Fast Track is a great fit if you:
Are new to CrossFit or structured strength training
Are returning to fitness after time away
Want to learn proper technique before joining group classes
Prefer one-to-one coaching and a supportive pac
Want a smart, sustainable approach to fitness
No previous experience is required. We meet you exactly where you’re at.



Fast Track is not a bootcamp or a high-pressure challenge.
It’s a skill-building program designed to set you up for long-term success.
Over eight one-hour sessions, you’ll work closely with a coach to learn foundational movements, understand how your body moves, and build the confidence to train safely and effectively — whether at Empower or anywhere else.
Across eight sessions, you’ll learn how to:
Squat, hinge, press, and pull with proper form
Use equipment like kettlebells, medicine balls, and barbells
Develop key skills such as rowing, deadlifting, and overhead pressing
Explore beginner-friendly versions of classic CrossFit movements, including wall balls, kettlebell swings, and Olympic lifts
Everything is scaled to your level, coached in real time, and adjusted to your body.



Each one-hour session includes:
One-to-one coaching
Hands-on skill instruction
A short workout to apply what you’ve learned
Time for questions and coaching feedback
You’ll build strength, mobility, coordination, and body awareness — without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
By the end of Fast Track to Fitness, you’ll have:
A solid understanding of proper technique for major lifts and movements
Improved strength, endurance, and movement confidence
A clear path forward — whether that’s group classes, personal training, or independent training
Many participants choose to continue into Empower CrossFit group classes, feeling confident and prepared rather than unsure or intimidated.
