A 6-week small-group fitness program for adults aged 60+ who want to keep moving, stay strong, and continue challenging themselves — safely and intelligently.
This is functional fitness for real life: strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and conditioning—fully coached and thoughtfully progressed.
You’ll work hard, move with intention, and leave feeling accomplished.

No previous fitness experience required. All levels are welcome.
You’ll get a session that feels organized and purposeful:
Warm-up + mobility (joint prep + movement practice)
Skill + strength work (controlled, coached, repeatable)
Conditioning finisher (shorter, scalable, confidence-building)
Cool down (breathing + mobility)
