A 6-week small-group fitness program for adults aged 60+ who want to keep moving, stay strong, and continue challenging themselves — safely and intelligently.

What Is Strong Over 60?

This is functional fitness for real life: strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and conditioning—fully coached and thoughtfully progressed.

You’ll work hard, move with intention, and leave feeling accomplished.

Come as you are. We’ll help you get stronger from there.

Who Strong Over 60 Is For

This program is a great fit if you’re:

  • Want to maintain or build strength, balance, and mobility as you age

  • Are new to fitness or already active and want to keep pushing safely

  • Want clear coaching and progress you can measure and feel

  • Like workouts that challenge you without beating you up

  • Want a supportive, social environment where people actually learn your name

No previous fitness experience required. All levels are welcome.

How a Typical Class Works

You’ll get a session that feels organized and purposeful:

  • Warm-up + mobility (joint prep + movement practice)

  • Skill + strength work (controlled, coached, repeatable)

  • Conditioning finisher (shorter, scalable, confidence-building)

  • Cool down (breathing + mobility)

Do I need experience to join?

No. Beginners are welcome, and everything is coached and scaled.

Is this CrossFit?

No, this is functional training focused on strength, balance, mobility, and conditioning. It’s structured, coached, and adapted to the group.

What equipment will we use?

Expect tools like dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and bodyweight movements—chosen for safety, function, and progress.

What if I haven’t worked out in years?

You’re in the right place. We’ll start simple and build consistency and confidence.

Can I join if I’m under 60?
